The Reasons Why You Are Fat And How To Easily Overcome Them

More and more people are starting to realize that one of the biggest issues facing adults today is the growing problem of obesity. Two thirds of adult Americans are overweight or obese.

If you look back into history, it wasn’t always this way. People weren’t always so fat. Back in the old days, most people were thin and healthy. What was different? Let’s look at the two main reasons.

Before, most people had to work hard to earn money. And by work hard, I mean physically hard. If you can imagine going to gym every day for eight hours, that’s what it used to be like to earn a living.

Another reason is that people back in those days ate much healthier than we do today. Most of their food was fresh, and grown on one of their neighbors farms. I don’t know about you, but there aren’t many farms where I live.

Today, no matter what you eat, there is a high probability it will be completely laced with chemicals and preservatives. You need a dictionary just to be able to interpret the food labels on the junk we eat.

The reason is so that they can transport food from far away places, and keep it on the store shelf for a longer period of time. This benefits the stores and the producers, making it easier for them to sell their products, but what about us?

Most people agree that the more you eat fatty, unhealthy, processed food, the harder it is to resist. It’s as if the food companies are making it impossible for us to lose weight and stay healthy. Some suggest they are doing it on purpose. We stay fat, and they stay rich.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can choose to find and eat healthy food. You can choose to do something physical a few times a week. It might not be easy, but your life may literally depend on it.
