One way to help calm your mind is to learn how to control your breath. During anxiety attacks, many people find that just simply focusing their breath can make them feel dramatically more peaceful.

6. Changes in diet

Many people don’t realize how bad their diets really are. Try to keep a food journal so you can see where you can improve your diet and where you can cut back.

7. Life changes

For many people they know the source of anxiety is their job or personal life. But for some reason they refuse to make any changes here.

Don’t be afraid to leave jobs that are too stressful for you or a relationship that is terrible for your health.
